§1

Introduction

Viva Technologies ("Viva Technologies", "we", "us" or "our") operates the website www.viva24.in and provides computer, coding, AI, CAD-CAM, Abacus, Vedic Maths, Olympiad, university-affiliated and competitive-exam training from its centre in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, along with related online services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data when you visit our website, submit an enquiry, apply for admission, or otherwise interact with us.

By using our website or services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or share your personal data with us.

§2

Information We Collect

Personal Information

When you fill an enquiry or admission form, register for a course, or contact us, we may collect your name, gender, date of birth, phone number, email address, postal address, photograph, and identity/qualification documents required for admission or certification.

Student Information

For enrolled students, we maintain academic records such as course selection, batch timing, attendance, assessment scores, and certificate details, primarily to run our training programmes and issue valid certification.

Parent / Guardian Information

For students who are minors — including our Abacus, Vedic Maths, Olympiad and school-academic learners — we collect the name, contact number and email address of a parent or guardian for communication, consent and billing purposes.

Contact Form, WhatsApp & Email Enquiries

Details you share through our website's contact/enquiry forms, WhatsApp enquiries, or direct emails to us — including your name, contact details and the content of your message — are recorded so that we can respond to you.

Automatically Collected Data

Like most websites, we automatically log limited technical data when you visit — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps — mainly through cookies and analytics tools described in Section 4.

§3

How We Use Your Information

  • To process admissions, enquiries and course registrations.
  • To communicate with you or your parent/guardian about batches, schedules, results and certificates.
  • To operate, maintain and improve our website and internal management systems.
  • To send administrative updates, and — where you have consented — promotional information about courses.
  • To comply with legal, regulatory and tax obligations, including GST-related record-keeping.
  • To display relevant advertising through Google AdSense, as described in Section 5.
Key point

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

§4

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons and local storage) to operate correctly, understand how visitors use the site, and — where applicable — show relevant advertising. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how some parts of the website function.

Google Analytics, Google AdSense & Advertising

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website — pages viewed, time on site, and general location at a city/region level. This data is aggregated and used to improve our content and course pages.

Google AdSense & Advertising Cookies

Our website may display advertisements served through Google AdSense. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. This includes the use of remarketing, which allows us and our advertising partners to show ads to visitors based on their past visits to www.viva24.in.

Your Ad Choices

You can opt out of personalised advertising by Google by visiting Google's Ads Settings, and you can review the digital advertising alliance's opt-out tools at www.aboutads.info. Disabling personalised ads does not stop advertising on our site, but the ads shown may be less relevant to you.

Advertising partners

Google and its advertising partners are third-party vendors who may use cookies to serve ads on our site based on your visits here and to other websites on the internet.

§6

Third-Party Services

We use a number of trusted third-party tools to run our admissions, communication and reporting workflows, including:

  • Google Forms — for certain enquiry, admission and feedback forms.
  • Google Sheets — as a secure backend for storing structured enrolment and enquiry data used by our internal systems.
  • WhatsApp Business — for enquiry responses and course updates, where you contact us via WhatsApp.
  • Google Maps — to show our centre's location on our Contact page.
  • YouTube — for embedded course or institute videos, where used.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy for details on how Google handles data across these services.

Payment Information

Where course fees are collected online, payment is processed through third-party, secure payment gateways or bank transfer. Viva Technologies does not store your full card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials on its own servers; these are handled directly by the relevant payment provider in accordance with applicable RBI and industry security standards.

§7

Sharing, Retention & Security

How We Share Information

We share personal data only where necessary — with university partners for degree-programme enrolments, with certificate verification systems, with service providers who help us operate our website and systems (bound by confidentiality obligations), or where required by law, regulation or a valid government/court order.

Data Retention

We retain personal and academic data for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain academic and certification records, and meet legal or tax obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Website & Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational security safeguards — including access controls and secure hosting — designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

§8

Children's Privacy

Many of our programmes — including Abacus, Vedic Maths, Olympiad and school-academic coaching — are designed for children under 18. In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, which treats anyone under 18 as a child, we collect a minor student's personal data only with the consent of a parent or lawful guardian, obtained at the time of admission or enquiry.

We do not knowingly use a child's personal data for behavioural monitoring, tracking or targeted advertising. Parents or guardians may contact us at any time using the details in Section 10 to review, correct, or request deletion of their child's data.

§9

By submitting a form, making an enquiry, or continuing to browse our website with cookies enabled, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
