Website Usage
You may use our website to browse course information, submit enquiries, apply for admission, and access study material made available to you. You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting unauthorised access to our systems, scraping content at scale, or interfering with normal operation of the site.
While we take reasonable care to keep course, fee and schedule information accurate, details on the website are for general guidance and may change; the specific terms confirmed at admission will govern your enrolment.
Educational Services
Online Classes
Online classes require a working internet connection and a compatible device. Sessions may be delivered live, pre-recorded, or a mix of both, depending on the course. Timely access depends on your own internet/device reliability, which is outside our control.
Offline Classes
Offline (in-person) classes are conducted at our Gwalior centre according to published or communicated batch timings. Batch schedules may be adjusted for minimum enrolment, trainer availability, or unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice where possible.
Course Enrolment & Admission
- Admission is completed by submitting the admission/enquiry form along with any documents required for the specific course (identity proof, academic records, photographs, etc.).
- A seat is confirmed only once the applicable registration/course fee has been received.
- For university-affiliated programmes (DCA, PGDCA, BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA, B.Com, M.Com and similar), eligibility and degree-conferral rules are set by the respective affiliated university, not solely by Viva Technologies.
- For students under 18, enrolment must be completed and consented to by a parent or legal guardian.
Student Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current information at admission and update us if it changes.
- Attend classes regularly and complete coursework/assessments required for certification.
- Keep any login credentials for our online systems confidential and not share them with others.
- Behave respectfully towards staff, trainers and fellow students, both online and at our centre.
- Follow the Institute's code of conduct, safety rules and applicable batch/lab guidelines.
Fees, Payments & Refund Policy
Course fees are payable as communicated at the time of admission — either as a single payment or in instalments, depending on the course. Fees are generally inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise in writing. Enrolment in a course is personal to the student and is not transferable to another individual without the Institute's written consent.
Refund, cancellation and rescheduling requests are governed by the Institute's internal refund policy in effect at the time of enrolment. As a general practice, fees once paid are largely non-refundable, except at the sole discretion of Institute management in genuine circumstances (for example, where the Institute itself cancels a batch). Students and parents are strongly advised to confirm the exact refund terms applicable to their specific course, in writing, with our admissions team before enrolling.
Certificates & Intellectual Property
Certificates
Certificates are issued on successful completion of a course, including any required assessments, and on full clearance of applicable fees. Certificates for university-affiliated programmes are issued by, or in the name of, the relevant university under its own rules. Genuine Viva Technologies certificates can be verified at certificates.viva24.in.
Intellectual Property
All website content — text, design, graphics, logos, course material and the software systems we use to run the Institute — is owned by, or licensed to, Viva Technologies and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. Downloadable notes, slides or study material are provided for your personal educational use only and may not be reproduced, resold or redistributed without our written permission.
Franchise & Partner Institutes
Viva Technologies extends its training programmes through franchise and partner institutes operating under separate, individually signed franchise agreements. These Terms & Conditions do not, by themselves, create or imply any franchise, agency or partnership relationship. Any centre using the Viva Technologies name or curriculum is expected to maintain our quality, conduct and branding standards as set out in its specific franchise agreement.
If you are interested in a franchise or partner-institute opportunity, please contact us directly to discuss current requirements and availability.
User Conduct, Prohibited Activities & External Links
You agree not to: use our website or systems for any unlawful purpose; upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our admissions, academic, franchise or other management systems; impersonate any person or entity; or copy, scrape or commercially exploit website content without permission.
Our website may link to third-party sites, including university partner portals, payment gateways, and franchise/partner-institute pages. We do not control these external sites and are not responsible for their content, policies or availability. Visiting linked sites is at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of Liability, Termination & Force Majeure
Limitation of Liability
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viva Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or services; where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you have actually paid for the relevant course.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our website, online systems, or a specific course, without refund, if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, engage in misconduct, or provide false information at admission.
Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power or internet outages, government action, strikes, or public health emergencies.
Governing Law, Modifications & Contact
